The LVI is a strengths-based 360 degree tool that assesses the opposing but complementary behaviors required for effective leadership. This comprehensive report enables leaders to know when and how their colleagues rate their ability to use “too much,” “too little,” or the “right amount” of a strength. The goal is to have versatility … to be both strategic and operational AND to be both forceful and enabling — in the right amount and at the right time. The leader’s chosen colleagues complete a 15-minute survey offering quantitative and qualitative input which is collectively summarized in an easy-to-digest, substantive report.
